Nobody likes to wait. At One Vein Clinic, we do our best to respect your time. One of the main ways we do that is with our booking schedule. We don’t like to keep our patients waiting. So we book the schedule accordingly. Our patients come in for vein treatments and are generally seen within 15 minutes of their appointment time at the very most. We keep a close eye on the scheduling so that we can ensure that we give each person the appropriate amount of time for their procedure while ensuring Dr. Farha doesn’t get too backed up. We don’t overbook the schedule because we know that no one likes waiting.
Scheduling Varicose Vein Patients Is a Balancing Act
To keep an office flowing smoothly, you have to be very intentional about scheduling. We want Dr. Farha to treat as many patients as possible so they don’t have to wait weeks to be seen, but we don’t want to overbook and create a poor individual patient experience. It really is a balancing act. We won’t say we’ve never gotten behind, but we do our best to keep that from happening.
Vein Treatments Are Relaxed – Not Rushed
Most people don’t switch doctors because they don’t like the care they receive. They leave because they don’t like the experience. Sometimes they are forced to wait too long. Sometimes they feel like they were rushed through the appointment. Other times it can be unfriendly office staff that make them feel uncomfortable. We want your experience to be positive and enjoyable. We take great care to allow plenty of time for appointments, plus buffer time in case Dr. Farha gets caught up with a particular patient who requires more time than originally planned. We want to make sure you have time to ask any questions you may have about your vein treatment or your results.
We Want Our Vein Clinic to Be Warm and Friendly
Everything we do at One Vein Clinic is aimed at making your entire experience enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable! While getting vein treatment may not be the highlight of your day, we want your experience to be as pleasant as possible. We try to personalize your visit. We chat with our patients in the waiting room before their appointments. We offer cookies and coffee and ask how their day is going. It’s not cold and sterile like most doctors’ offices. It’s not uncommon to hear laughter coming from a treatment room. We really connect with our patients on a deeper level. We have a whole different vibe than most medical offices and our patients tell us they really like it. Many say they are a little sad when their treatments are over and they won’t be coming in on a regular basis.
